Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PaydayVibes ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

PaydayVibes is a financial planning tool that helps you match your bills and expenses to your paychecks. The Service allows you to:

• Track income sources and paycheck schedules
• Manage recurring bills and credit card payments
• Forecast cash flow based on your payment schedule
• Coordinate household finances with other members

Important: PaydayVibes is a planning tool, not a bank. We do not connect to your bank accounts, hold your money, or execute transactions. You manually enter all financial planning data.

Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Create an account using a valid email address or Google account
• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Subscription and Billing

Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required during the trial period. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

Paid Subscription

After the free trial, the Service costs $5.99 per month. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Share your account with others outside your household
• Use the Service for fraudulent purposes

Household Sharing

You may invite household members to access your household's financial planning data. By inviting someone:

• You grant them access to view and edit all household financial data
• You are responsible for managing household member permissions
• You can remove household members at any time

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PaydayVibes and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the financial planning data you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data solely to provide the Service to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of forecasts
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Fitness for a particular purpose

Important: PaydayVibes is a planning tool that helps you organize your financial information. It does not provide financial advice. Cash flow forecasts are estimates based on the data you provide and should not be considered guaranteed predictions. Always verify actual account balances and payment dates with your financial institutions.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAYDAYVIBES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Overdraft fees, late payment fees, or other financial penalties
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PaydayVibes and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any data you submit to the Service

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We will delete your data within 30 days of account termination, except where retention is required by law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by email or through a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
